Salala is a partner with 1-800-Flowers in the United States and a member of the Interflora global network, serving customers in 185 countries worldwide. Salala was founded in April 2000 and was acquired by 800buy in March 2004.

　　800buy was founded in 2000 by Sherry Zhang and a number of other Chinese entrepreneurs returned from the United States. Among the early supporters is Mr. Koh Boon Hwee, formerly Chairman of Singapore Telecom and a renowned angel investor in the high tech industry in Asia. Mr. Koh has been Chairman of 800buy since 2000. During 2000, the Company raised money from several venture capital investors including Venture TDF and Sequoia Investments. 　　

800buy is incorporated in the Cayman Islands. It is headquartered in Beijing, with additional operating facilities in Shanghai and over 500 franchised flower delivery operations throughout the country. The Company has approximately 180 employees.

Sherry Zhang
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Sherry Zhang founded 800buy.com and its predecessor companies in September 1999. Prior to founding 800buy, Ms. Zhang was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York and Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, she provided extensive advisory work on economic policies to several top offices in the Chinese government. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Zhang held various positions with First Chicago and SG Warburg in the United States. Ms. Zhang received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tsinghua University.

Sidney Huang
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Sidney Huang joined 800buy.com in August 2004. Prior to joining 800buy, Mr. Huang was an investment banker with Citigroup in New York and participated in numerous M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to his MBA education, Mr. Huang was an audit manager with KPMG LLP and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Mr. Huang received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from Baruch College, where he graduated as Class Valedictorian. Before his U.S. education, Mr. Huang spent 13 years in performing arts in Beijing and Guangzhou.

Vincent Liu
Vice President of Products
Vincent Liu was a founding member of 800buy.com in September 1999. Prior to 800buy, Mr. Liu held various senior sales and management positions with Firmstein Technology, Yinghua Information Technology, and Hetong International Group in Canada, Hong Kong and China. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in architectonics from Tsinghua University.

Feng Guo
Vice President of Online Operations
Mr. Guo was the founder and CEO of Salala.com.cn and joined 800buy.com in March 2004 when Salala was merged into 800buy. Prior to founding Salala in April 2000, Mr. Guo was the CEO of Xian Daoxiang Network Technology, a company he founded in 1999. Mr. Guo began his career as a computer programmer with a major state owned enterprise in Xian. He graduated from Shaanxi Economics and Trade Institute with a degree in computer science.
